Another thing I feel I need to write something about is this. On Day of the 10^th of September six people turned up at my house, two Swiss Italians, two French Girls and a German couple. Isn’t the world wonderful.. www.couchsurfing.com

here’s how it happened About a month or so ago I received a message along the lines of this:

I am interested in surfing your couch!
Hi, I present myself: my name is Matt, 22, I come from
Switzerland. In September I will be near the city of
Exeter, with a friend of mine. Could you host us?

Then one week ago I get this message:

Hi !

I am Pauline. I am Frsnch, and I am discovering this
concept of couch surfing (I met a friend this summer
in Africa who is a couch surfing addict !). ….. Are you going to be in
Exeter at the beginnig of september ?
I am waiting to hearing from you…

Then a day ago I received this:

ARRIVAL DATE: 10.09.08
NUMBER OF PEOPLE: 2
ARRIVING VIA: We just rented a car!! Whoooo!!

me and my girlfriend Britta are coming to Exeter on the
10th of september, probably in the evening (we’re
crisscrossing over the country somewhat, so its dodgy
to tell when exactly!).
